YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A BOY…BE A COACH!
Fun, life-changing after school programs for boys in grades 3 – 5.
Programs combine training for successful completion of a 5K with lessons
that develop and build character. Volunteers are needed at many schools
throughout Chester County. Each site requires at least 2 coaches.
• Coaches DO NOT have to be elite runners, just responsible,
encouraging individuals that can motivate and relate to boys!
• Head coaches must be 18, but younger junior coaches are welcome
• Program meets 2 times a week for the 10-week program starting
March 10 and ends May 31
• The YMCA STRIDE 5K Challenge will be held on Saturday, May 31
at Henderson High School.
• Coaches must attend coach training and head coach must be CPR
certified (training provided free of charge).
• Coaches receive all necessary materials and support throughout
• Teams of coaches encouraged. It's fun to coach with a friend.
You can be a coach!
If you are interested in learning more about this amazing opportunity,
contact Joy Zdebski at firstname.lastname@example.org,
or call 610-444-9622 ext. 2343.

KATS Proudly Presents A Midsummer Nights Tail!
The Kennett Amateur Theatrical Society proudly returns to the stage to
present its latest Pantomime in the British style, A Midsummer Nights
Tail. It is a thinly veiled tribute to Shakespeare's renown play. True to
the tradition, our villains have an evil plot, but, as always, they will be
foiled and good will win out in the end. There is lots of great music,
silly jokes, colorful costumes and fun audience participation in the
production, and a rollicking good time will be had by all.
Performances will be held at the Kennett High School on Friday, January 24
at 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, January 25th at 2:00 p.m. and at 7:00
p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. They can
be purchased at the door or on line at our website, www.callkats.org.
