FROM THE PTO DESK...

Message from the PTO President

Happy New Year, and welcome back! Hopefully you are all well rested and ready for the hustle and bustle that the new year will bring. The PTO has some very important events this month, beginning with the MLK Day of Service. As you may know, our District considers MLK Day as a day of service, not a day off. All District schools run a project that day. You may participate in any that are of interest to you and your family. At UE, we will be making blankets for patients at Nemours/AI duPont Hospital for Children funded by our coin drive earlier this year. What a great way for kids to help kids!

The PTO would also like for you to subscribe to the "Remind" app. This will allow us to send you quick and timely reminders of important information. It is just another way to keep you informed. See instructions below.

Please note that we will continue our indirect donation programs of School Store, Amazon Smile, Giant Bonus Card and BoxTops, until the end of the school year. We would appreciate your continued support with these programs that cost you nothing, but provide a significant amount of income for our school.

Thank you as always for your time and commitment.

Opt in to "Remind" for School Updates and Reminders via Text

To receive text reminders for upcoming UE events and other important dates, please subscribe to the UE PTO's Remind App! Download the free app and then text 81010 to @uepto to start now!
